About
Software developer and IT project analyst with 30 years of experience building applications for the Government of Canada.
I'm an Ottawa-based software consultant, and I operate as Ottawa Tech Consulting (14943961 Canada Inc.). For three decades I've designed, built and managed applications across the federal government, as a developer, team leader, application manager and contractor.
My core expertise is the Microsoft stack: Visual Studio, .NET, C# and MVC, backed by SQL databases, web services and APIs, on IIS. I've led development teams, managed mission-critical systems, and worked within Government of Canada security, accessibility and official-languages requirements.
I'm also the founder of TourGuideSpeakers.com, which I built and run end to end.
